Our Sales Team is dynamic and experienced. Our sales leaders have a great deal of combined industry expertise across many retail channels and many segments of manufacturing. We feel this is a major advantage for our clients.
All major accounts have two or more team members focused on the strategic priorities and initiatives identified for growth. This ensures we have back-up and continuous focus.
We specialize in building long term, prosperous relationships. We are skilled at understanding our customer’s core strengths and competencies and we seek to understand their internal goals and priorities.
Our Field Service Team supports our customers requiring instore sales and product support.
Our clear strategic advantage over many other organizations is our agile and responsive instore service team.
Accounts we service include; Rural King, Fleet Farm, Blain’s Farm and Fleet, Mid-States, Northern Tool, and others as needed. As our customer base needs grow, so will our field team.
We have invested in technology that has reduced paper reporting, and allows our customers access to real time information. We focus on continuous improvement and overall efficiency.
Our service team is on the front line! Prompt communication and swift problem solving are critical to the value we bring and the role we play.
Our Sales Support Team is our internal customer support center of excellence.
This team owns the critical details including; POS analytics, ecommerce set-up and monitoring, planning and forecasting, and special projects as needed for our clients.
We know ultimately that execution is critical once a program is placed. Our sales team works closely with our sales support team to ensure all details are accounted for to have a smooth set instore or launch online. Day to day problems identified and solved, so that our customers don’t have to waste time addressing.
Our support team ensures they stay current on our retailers’ changing processes and system updates and requirements.
